Meet Captain Dave and The Crew
Captain Dave Fletcher has deep roots in Ocean City, Maryland, having grown up fishing these waters. With decades of experience on the local bays, bridges, and nearshore waters, Captain Dave brings unmatched knowledge and a true passion for fishing to every charter. He has passed that passion on to his five sons, making family, tradition, and hands-on learning the foundation of every fishing trip in Ocean City, MD.
Before starting a family, Captain Dave spent years fishing professionally in the B.A.S.S., RedMan, and FLW tournament series. A Crew Built on Experience & Family
This season, Captain Dave’s son Connor returns to the Ocean City fishing charter team as a mate. He worked in a part-time capacity in the past but has now joined the family business in a full-time role where he will be helping on the charters as well as continuing to manage our hunting properties throughout the summer. Connor has grown up fishing the Ocean City area and has spent countless hours learning the local waters firsthand. His energy, attention to detail, and familiarity with the boat make him a valuable addition to the crew and a great asset for anglers needing extra help on their OCMD fishing adventures.
Captain Dave and Mate Frank have been close friends since high school and have fished together for decades. Between their two families, they have eight children, giving them extensive experience working with kids, families, and first-time anglers. This background makes Nanticoke Outfitters one of Ocean City’s most family-friendly fishing charters.

Join us for our 3-hour back bay trips, exploring the OC Bayside and behind Assateague Island, at 7am, 10:15am, and 2pm. Our 5-hour back bay trips are available at 7am and 2pm, and for those interested in both back bay and near shore fishing, we offer 5-hour fishing trips at 7am and 4-hour fishing options at 2pm. Additionally, experience a 5-hour crabbing trip or a 5-hour crabbing and swimming combo. For a more leisurely experience, our 2-hour sightseeing tours are scheduled at 10:15am and 2pm.
