About Nanticoke Outfitters fishing charter
Meet Captain Dave and First Mate Frank
Captain Dave Fletcher has deep roots in the Ocean City area, having grown up fishing these waters. He has passed his passion for fishing onto his five sons, making every trip an adventure filled with memories.
Before having his kids, Captain Dave spent all of his time after graduating college bass fishing professionally in the B.A.S.S, RedMan, and FLW tournament series. Now, he's all about helping others to catch fish and having a great time on the water.
Captain Dave and First Mate Frank have been friends since attending High School together. They have been fishing together for a very long time! LOL! Their families combined, consists of 8 kids so they have spent many hours fishing with children over the years. So running a fishing guide service comes natural.
Frank will be onboard to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 20% to show your appreciation. Keep in mind that some fish may have size limits or closed seasons but Frank will help you follow regulations when you are fishing with Nanticoke Outfitters.
